Direct mail automation as a central element of cross-channel campaign management

Let’s be honest, we were pretty excited when yet another leading Customer Data Platform (CDP) approached us and asked to integrate optilyz into their suite of add-ons. 

This CDP informed us that they’d realized how crucial a direct mail add-on was for their business. A leading research institution that publishes market reports had told them that they now consider direct mail an essential element in Cross-Channel Campaign Management (CCCM). According to that institution, any CCCM leader needs to show that they can orchestrate a broad range of channels, including those that are offline. Our favorite part of this story is that a renowned and visionary institution doesn’t see direct mail as “old fashioned” but instead sees it crucial for any CDP that wants to be considered a “leader”.
