Berlin — April 23, 2021 — optilyz today announced that its Automated Direct Mail & Programmatic Print solution is now available on SAP® Store. Automated Direct Mail & Programmatic Print integrates with SAP® Emarsys® Customer Engagement and offers a straightforward way to integrate letters, postcards and self-mailers into cross-channel marketing while automating and personalizing direct mail campaigns. Emarsys, a leading omnichannel customer engagement platform provider, was acquired by SAP in November 2020.
“We have successfully been working with Emarsys before it was acquired by SAP. Now, we are proud and excited to be its first tech partner to have a complementary solution available on SAP Store, helping to reach the wider SAP ecosystem,” said Robert Rebholz, managing director, optilyz. “Together with Emarsys, we have successfully served some of Europe’s most innovative companies for years and this an exciting next step in our collaboration.”
“The integration of optilyz’s solution with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement makes it possible to leverage the full potential of the platform for direct mail,” said Philip Nowak, regional general manager at Emarsys. “It will also help run the channel in a more customer-centric manner, as part of an organization’s omni-channel marketing.”
optilyz won the Emarsys Tech Partner of the Year award in 2018 and has since worked closely with Emarsys to fully integrate their offering with the solution. Companies across industries that use the Automated Direct Mail & Programmatic Print solution from optilyz include Marc O’Polo, Flaconi and mymuesli. The solution helps increase conversion rates with:
