Berlin – June 1, 2021 – optilyz announced today that its Automated Direct Mail solution is a Braze Alloy technology partner. optilyz integrates with Braze and offers a straightforward yet powerful way to add postcards, letters, and self-mailers into omni-channel customer journeys.
This means that Braze customers can now integrate direct mail into their customer engagement strategy seamlessly alongside other channels (e.g – push notifications, emails, in-app/in-browser messaging, SMS, and more):
